Enhanced User Onboarding by 20% with a Simplified Registration Flow

Transforming a complex, compliance-heavy registration flow into a simple, persona-driven user onboarding. Reduced the percentage of user onboarding related customer support cases from 40% to less than 20% within 3 months of launch.

From 26 Steps to 12: Making Device Onboarding Effortless

Created a JSI application with new device onboarding feature as per the user's mental model (using Task Analysis), in the right sequence, with reduced steps and using user's vocabulary making it easy to complete the task in less time with satisfaction. 1806 device groups were onboarded within 1 year of launch with 90% task completion rate.

MedGenome app became the top-performing channel, generating over 30% of total leads and revenue growth.

Designed the mobile app for ordering genetic tests, empowering clinicians to order genetic testing on the go at any time from anywhere, reducing the dependency on sales team. Also got 110 leads within 1st month of launch.

Streamlining MedGenome's Test Menu and Contact Form for Higher Leads

Redesigned the test menu in the Medgenome website using which doctors could easily find and book the genetic tests for their patients. As a result, increased leads from 6 to 35 leads within a month of launch.

MedGenome.com Website Redesign: Reducing Page Load Time from 40 Seconds to Under 2 Seconds

Designed the new website in which download speed was less than 2 seconds and it was also responsive and browser compatible with Safari.
